Policies

Terms for Cancellation

When booking we require a 25% deposit in order to secure your event. If there is any situation where you may need to cancel your event due to weather or conflicts or any other reason, we don’t refund your deposit. However, we will be happy to reschedule your event or service for another agreed upon date one time without any penalty 48 hours in advance to the picnic date or event. Any other further scheduling will require a $50 rescheduling fee. Please note that once your event is set up, we cannot cancel or reschedule it. No refunds will be issued in this case.

 

Late/No Show Policy

There are days that we may have multiple events/picnics and book according to those time frames. We ask that you please be on time to your event/picnic and give us a heads up if you are running late. If no one shows within the first 30 minutes we will reach out to the head person if we have not heard from you. Please note this runs into your slotted time. We will still have to end the event according to the time scheduled on the booking. Thank you for understanding!

 

Damage Policy

Please note that there may be a damage fee for anything that is damaged during the duration of your event. The price of the fee would depend on the item that is damaged. Please no smoking in or near any items or equipment around the event setup. If you need to leave for any reason before or during the arranged time of your picnic or event, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrive to clean up & pack up your event if we are not already there.

Alcohol Policy 

We currently do not offer any alcoholic beverages. If you choose to drink alcohol at your event, Blooming Rose Events will not be liable for any actions made by guests under the influence. You must refer to all local, state and federal regulations when choosing to drink at your event. If you choose to drink at your event, please drink responsibly. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Social Media Agreement

Please note that photos and videos will be taken at your event and shared on social media pages. If your event is a surprise we will wait until after the event to share any photos or videos on social media. We ask that if you post anything from your event with us that you tag us in it. Feel free to follow us on our social media accounts. We are @bloomingrose.events on Instagram and Tik Tok. Our Facebook name is Blooming Rose Events.

Release of Liability

Please note: Blooming Rose Events cannot be held accountable or liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during your event. You acknowledge that you and your party's use of our services involve inherent risks of injury, illness, death and/or damage to or loss of property, that you and your party's participation is entirely voluntary and that you and your party elect to assume all such risk and use the services provided by Blooming Rose Events.  Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and defend Blooming Rose Events against all claims, causes of action, damages, judgements, cost of expense, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from you or group.
